We individually handcraft each piece of Plum and Posey jewelry to our exacting standards. When a piece leaves us for its new owner, we want it to be a loved and cherished.
If you do not feel this way about your jewelry we want to know, we are here to help solve any issues you have with your order and to make you happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you find yourself not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund on all returns made within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged in any way, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on custom jewelry, sale items or earrings.
We stand by the quality of our work if for any reason our workmanship is at fault we will repair or replace your purchase free of charge, forever. Our warranty excludes damage due to wear and tear and/or negligence.
Plum and Posey sells high quality chains, but like all chains they are fragile.They are covered for 60 days after purchase. We can’t stress enough the importance of choosing jewelry that is appropriate for your lifestyle.
