Shopping at Plum and Posey is safe and secure. Our shopping 'cart' is provided by shopify who are fully PCI compliant. Any data you send via our website is securely encrypted and encoded before it is transmitted across the internet.

Our payment processing is provided by Shopify and Paypal, we have no access to your banking information or credit card numbers

Please do not send important information, such as personal or credit card details to us via email, it is not secure for this purpose.

Any information you send to Plum and Posey is kept securely and is never shared with any other corporation or individual unless we are required to do so by law. 

Our Email Policy

We generally send three types of email,

1. Information regarding a specific query or order.

2. Post purchase follow up i.e Checking to see if we've met your expectations, customer surveys and similar. 

3. Newsletter mailing to 'opt-in' subscribers.

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Newsletter emails contains a simple, automated way for you to stop receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
